4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Subscription fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
• Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional cases (such as technical issues or duplicate payments).
• Cancellation of services must be requested through official communication channels.
• Upon cancellation, access to the system may be restricted after the current billing cycle.
• Suvidha School reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on policy evaluation.
